:oops: :? Man navigating through these acronyms, boards, forums, threads :?: SCS trying to make internet techies out of all of us. I must be in a dark room with a blindfold just bumping into what ever. I think I crashed some forums in the process. I apologize. Anyway........... My name is Tina Richards from Ohio. I picked my fist rbbuer stamp 3 years ago. Signed on as a demonstrator year later. Bought my first stamps in my starter kits and haven't laid them down.

Have been preoccupied with the gallery thread :?: ( Is it referred to as a thread? ) since I signed up 6 months ago and am trying to figure out the membership thing. ..... the perks involved and how to become a member and for what a membership is reqired and so on. Looking forward to meeting the posting junkies. Stamping blessing

Do you mean a member of the dirty dozen fan club-or something else?

Once you sign in you are considered a 'member"-no cost.
The DD fan club is $20 for special gallery access. Look on the home page and there is a link to the Dirty Dozen fan club that can give you more details. :D

Welcome Tina! This site is so wonderful. It does take a bit to learn the ins and outs, though. You obviously found out how to post a new topic. If you are a demo then you can also join the special user group for demos. Info on it is on the left hand edge of the home page.

Camsmom, I am not sure what I mean. If that is the only thing that requires membership that must be what I am asking. Wish I was sure

The subsript under the member name (matboard mania) on these forums have me confused why is it there. tina

It has to do with how many posts you've made.Look at this thread for more info.

Another note, you definitely want toget the Fan club membership -The DD gallery is awesome!!

The only place that requires a paid membership is for the DD gallery

If you want access to the demos forum you apply and then will get a PM about how to provide verification.
