Hi Jackie,

I'm currently living in Pennsylvania, but I went to Western and lived in Bowling Green for 4 years; 2 years in Central Hall, 1 year in a house on Fair Street and 1 year on College Street. My oldest daughter was born there, too, and we still keep in touch with a couple of the professors my husband worked with during his Master's program.

We loved Bowling Green!

I love Bowling Green also. My husband and I both attended WKU but we are also both originally from the area - Warren County.

Western has grown tremendously over the past few years since Dr. Ransdell became President.

Who are the Professors you know? We ae friends with a few.

I love stamping also. I don't know what it is about the hobby but I have become an addict. I've been stamping for at least 12 years. I've never posted a picture on Splitcoast but I will someday.

The professors we still keep in touch with are from the Chemistry Department, Drs. John Reasoner and John Riley. We still manage to get to Bowling Green every couple of years to see them. Last time we were there, a couple of summers ago, we noticed a lot of building up out around the mall. It's really gotten huge. One of my best friends from Western still lives there with her husband and children too, her name is Margie Burns and her husband Sam used to be the manager of a Paint store in town, but I havn't talked to them for several years. Margie is/was a nurse and they're both about 42 or 43 years old.
