Default Heritage scrapbooks...need ideas

I'm about to embark on a huge project making heritage scrapbooks and the trick is that I want to incorporate a real family tree into them as well. I also want to include memorabelia items such as maraige certificates and other such items.
I am looking for stamp, paper, and other ideas. All thoughts are welcome as this is going to be an on going project for years...I will be making several, one for each grouping or branch of the family.
I'm open to discussion on this topic!

I am also doing the same thing! I found a family tree form that looks heritage-ish, so I have begun to fill out the forms and am trying to decide what I am going to do with it. I'm having a hard time incorporating my stamps into my scrapbooks - I generally use a *ton* of pictures and lots of journaling, which means there isn't always room for many stamped images. I love looking through Creating Keepsakes stuff and love their look, but they often use just two, maybe three pictures on a page and I need to include so many more than that!

I have loved Becky Higgins' sketches - they are so helpful when you need to include lots of pictures and need an idea of how to lay the pictures on the page. I tend to keep it a little more simple so the pictures are the focus and not the embellishments.

One thing I love for heritage pictures are black photo corners. I have some very old originals that I don't want to actually tape down to the page. So I use photo corners, and it also gives the old style look that I like for heritage photos.

Default heritage album ideas

Thanks for sharing. If you do a search for heritage scrap books, it will come up with some basic priciples and good links.
