HELP...Please...

I was working on a craft sale.... to make a long story short....somethings didn't work out so...I thought maybe I could go as a demonstrator and just use some things I made as ideas...and also demo some techniques...
I would love it if some would share about what they did at a craft show as a demonstrator.....this would be greatly appreciated....Thanks..Sam

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe to go as a demonstrator, you need to have built a mock up of your display and submitted a picture and proposal to stampin up for their approval before the event. Thus, if you want to follow the letter of the law, this would not be a good idea for a craft fair you have coming up ASAP. Think carefully and read your demonstrator manual before doing this, unless you hold the demonstratorship lightly.

If you have the Show on the Go kit, you don't have to submit a photo. It's mostly so they know you're representing SU! in an appearance that they approve. If you don't have the kit, see if a demo in your area has the banner. Then just use a black tablecloth on your table.

As far as techniques, stick with quick & simple but go for the "wow". Maybe demo some things done with pearl ex;
do colorbook and/or watercoloring;
Put your cards together with layers, that always jazzes up a very simple card;
Look at the sets and tools that you have, then browse through this site and search on those items if you need ideas. I find that sometimes I get bogged down in the designing phase.

Precut your stuff ahead of time, but do a little bit of cutting at the fair so you can show off your trimmer.
