Wink Avatars?

OK- I STILL can't figure out how to get an avatar! I know to go to user CP but I can't figure out how to get a digital picture "sized down" to work. I'm sure it's way more simple than I can figure out.

There are several ways you can do it. But here is a simple one that a friend told me to try (Thanks, Melissa)...Go into your Paint program on your computer...Click on OPEN and locate the photo you want to use. CLICK on Image...then STRETCH/SKEW. Your photo will be large when it comes up so you are now going to decrease with the stretch/skew button. On the horizontal and vertical type in 50 % to decrease the size. Click OK and then do it again, repeat until you get it to the required size. I think it is 80 X 80 pixels. You can click on ATRRIBUTES to check and see if you have the right size. Save it to your computer so that you can find it easily when you are ready to use it in your avatar. HTH

If you have more questions... Just ask!
