Hello - I'm Wendy, from Cheshire in the north west England where it usually rains quite a bit - but for a change we're having quite a bit of sunshine right now!

I've just set up my own digital stamps website, which uses all my own hand-drawn images. I've always loved making cards, so this takes it all one step further.

I'm not an expert in stamping (but I'm interested to learn more!) although I have enjoyed using my own stamps and am a big fan of markers for colouring images.

I'm a mum of 4 and grandma to another 4, so my house can get busy at times, although a lot of the time it's me and my arty crafty mess!

I'm looking forward to getting to meet people on here

Hi Wendy and welcome from down under (New Zealand) where it rains quite a bit too, now that it is winter! It sounds like you have a busy household at times so it is good you have time for your own creativity.

Thanks for your kind welcome, Parkes. In recent months it's seemed to rain constantly, including all last summer, so this sun is particularly welcome!

Yes, it can get busy - most of them will be here this weekend for my grandson's birthday. He's a teenager but wants a family get-together at Grandma's, which is lovely!

BTW, I so agree with the quote in your signature!

Aw, thanks Stephanie. I think all Grandmas are special, aren't they? I know mine was!
