Hi all! I've been a lurker here for a long time. I've posted a few times and made a few trades in the classified section, but never actually introduced myself.
My name is Shannon, and I am a deaf, SAHM (saw the cute shirt) of 4, 2 boys and 2 girls in that order, ages 16, 15, 10.5 and drumroll.... 9months. I've been married to the most amazing man for 19 yrs.
I dip my hand in many different crafts, but mostly scrapbooking, stamping and beading. I was hoping to find a local group to indulge with but it seems that none are currently active in my area. :(
I love this site. It is so resourceful and never fails to give my creative energy a boost when I need it. All of the artwork posted is incredible. I've been keeping an eye out for new gallery post from sets in the new catalog. I have this idea that, if I see how it's used first, I will make less impulse buys and more practical purchases. LOL!! <snort> At least that's what I tell my husband. ;)
I would love to join in an ink club if anyone has one starting or can direct me to the right place, I'd appreciate it.

Try going to User CP then Edit Signature.

Welcome, glad you found us. To edit your signature go up to User CP on the blue tool bar above the message box, on the left column there is a list, click on edit signature and go from there.

Hi Shannon! Welcome to SCS! I think you will like it here. :) I love to look at the samples from the new catalog, too. But so far, all they do is convince me I need every set I look at. :) Oh well.

I am from Northern CA, too (Silicon Valley). Good luck getting the signature right!

thanks! Are we allowed picture signatures? I tried all the options in the user CP and it converts my pictures to codes.

thanks for the welcome. I think I'm trying to over do it in the signature area. I just noticed no one else has picture signatures. Doh!
