Welcome! I'm not sure what you mean by "files"? Try to be more specific and maybe we can help you, I know this site is confusing at first. But it's so cool you will soon know your way around.

Hi Nicole. Welcome to a great site. I'm a new (hobby) demonstrator too but have been hanging out here for several months. This sure is a fun place to play! Have you checked out the Gallery yet? Go to the home page and click on Gallery. You can check it out by stamp set name. Or on the home page, there is a "view today's additions" which I use just to browse. If you find someone's work you like, you can click on her gallery. I am creatively challenged, so without all the great ideas here I would never get a card done!

A thread is when you start a new topic. When you posted your original message, you started a thread. We all just replied to your thread.
Sometimes we use shorthand in our messages. If you come accross something you've never seen before you may find help understanding here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
