Default Gift Certificate Template

I have a customer who wants to give a friend a gift certificate from me, but haven't a clue where to find a nice template! Does anyone have one they could share with me, or at least point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Default gift certificates - tip & template

Just as a tip, you might consider keeping a log of these certificates: date issued, to whom and date redeemed. This has saved me many a headache!

Here is my template; it is in MS word (hope this works - I've never posted an attachment before).

Wow! Thanks for the information! I hunted and hunted on the web and through the software programs I have, but couldn't even find a beginning template I liked. Thanks for the logging tip - I hadn't even thought about that!

LOVE this site!

You ladies are so crafty!

I have always used the easier route and purchased mine through Town and Country printing, same place that does our business cards and name tags.

I feel it is inexpensive, not to mention they look nice. I then make an envelope out of our cardstock, by folding it in thirds and decorating it and closing it with a bow.

I am glad I read this I may just try making my own next time!

I know this thread is really old but imsteelefullofscrap if you are still here, what are the two lines at the bottom of your certificate for? Signature of the demonstrator and the gift giver? I know this is probably a really obviously stupid question. And StarLitStudio and ldyhawk, I don't see your certificates here. Maybe they go away after a while but I'd love a version in Word. I LOVE the pdf that imsteelefullofscrap put here but I'd like to be able to type right on it maybe and I wonder about those two lines at the bottom. Thanks everyone!
