If you go to the following link and scroll down to the bottom (Announcement envelopes) it gives sizes for A2, A6 and A7 ENVELOPES. Cards are usually a quarter to a half inch smaller all the way around but the chart indicates an eighth of an inch (but that likely would not account for embellishments ... even brads or ribbon)
