Wow, you sounded just like me. I had to check to see if I was in the same room with me.
Hey everyone, for the letter "Y", you could use a picture of Yvonne. (A crown would work too).

Haha I am not an oddball nor an evenball....I am a SUPER ball.....hahahahah...Hello everyone. How is everybody? I must ask why are Lynn and Lauren arguing over who gets Monty?? Just curious. You know, we surely have grown quite the little family here in the I Spy and Alpahbet Challenges as well as the Secret Santa swap haven't we? I love it!!!! Oh yeah, I wanted to apologize to everyone if you do not receive a Christmas card from me. I just have not had the time to get to them yet. I am still hoping to tho. Today is going to be finish all swaps for 2011 and then hopefully work on some Christmas cards. In fact, this weekend is going to be spent doing that. Except tomorrow little Dani has dance practice so I have to go to that. What is everyone else doing?

Oh Dani, it would be just wrong to make fun of the host
I am on vacation so I am just being lazy. My daughter was in dance up until the end of her senior year of high school. Then she quit to go to college. I miss going to the recitals, they were so fun to watch. The little ones are sooooo cute and the older ones are like WOW! And now, she won't let me get rid of any of her dance outfits! What will she ever do with them I don't know, but I will probably still have them here when I am dead and gone. Someone will be cleaning out my house and think I had a weird fettish. LOL

I too was a dancer all my life. Well, up until my injury. I miss it. I'm afraid I am pushing my granddaughter into it. She told me that next year she doesn't want to take dance she wants to take Karate. I did both dance and karate but would love her to stick with dance because she is a natural. Funny how we want our little ones to carry on for us. I realized I am pushing her too hard and taking the fun out of it for her so I backed off. In fact, I don't even stay for her class now. I am hoping her love for dance will come back. I know I am a bad meemaw. At least I realized what I was doing and stopped.
I don't know that I will hang on to her dance outfits tho. No wierd fettish here...lolololol...j/k. Maybe you can find a dance studio and donate them? Or find a child that can not afford dance outfits and donate them to her. Just a thought.
What type of dance did your daughter do? Dani is jazz/hiphop. Me, jazz.

My daughter did Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap. She tried Modern also but didn't care for that one. It is an expense when you think about the class payments and all the outfits. I was never a dancer (I got no rythem) and she is the complete opposite of me. I was always VERY shy and she is VERY outgoing. I did want to donate them to the studio, but she said that they never reuse the same outfits for recitals. It's not me that can't get rid of them, it's her.
And you are a good grandma, you are letting her experiment with different options. She may find that she does like dancing and go back to it.

Sure Yvonne, you probably were the one that always had to go to the bathroom after a huge dinner just to get out of doing dishes. They are probably screaming for you to finally start working.
