Use It 07 Challenge
I had originaly posted this on the demo side but was reminded by a fellow stalker that everyone could play in this one! It's time to use the heck out of those stamps before they retire! I personally have challenged myself to used all 51 sets before the end of June. Many of them have not seen ink in years.
Challenge Rules- Use only stamps from the Stampin' Up! 2007 Retiring list. This includes sentiments, backgrounds, and wheels. If its not on the list, you can't use it!
- Your stamped item can be anything as long as it's using retiring stamps.
- Post in the gallery with the key word UI07C (Use It 07 Challenge)
Here is my sample using Fresh Flowers which hasn't been touched in years!
This Challenge runs though the end of June so you have plenty of time to play.
Now get to your stamps and use them!
The retiring list can be viewed at Stampin' Up!

Fun challenge, Sarah! I'm in the same boat with Fresh Flowers. I haven't used it but once, it was one of the sets I got in my starter kit.

Here's my try - don't know yet if the Polka & Paisley stuff will retire, but the other items on this (3 stamp sets) ARE retiring:

I was just thinking that I really need to come up with a way to use mini mates, and then today's sketch challenge appeared. It was perfect!
Here is my mini wedding sketch:

Very nice cards so far! What a great challenge. I love all the challenges but never took part in one. This is a great one, especially using all those "not used in a long time" stamp sets!
So this is my challenge. Plenty of time until end of June - I should come up with something!
BTW, chrityg94, you are a busy girl!!!
Since I subscribed now, I won´t forget about it!!!

I haven't participated in a challenge in a very long time, but this one sounds like fun! A note: the link in the first post for the retired sets list wouldn't work for me. If this is the case for anyone else, here is the address: http://www.stampinup.com/us/enu/8071.asp
If this doesn't work either, the list is easy to find on the SU! website.

I just saw this thread for the first time. I have several stamps that are retiring, but it won't effect me as I'm not a dealer. Anyway, I will see what I can get made for this challenge.

Thanks for the reminder Diane!! I need to use these retired stamps while I still can. I need to enjoy them and not mourn their retirement before their time!

Woohoo! Here is my last regular stamp set being used. Now I just have to use the hostess sets tonight so that I will have used ALL of my retiring sets during May.

I'll post mine later today. I'm actually doing a class on Saturday where we are only using retiring sets (trying to get that last order in for my end of year sales)
