I am so sorry. I put in the wrong key letter. I realized it right away and tried to edit it, but was unable to do so. I will update the list for the challenges as soon as I am able.

Hi Ladies, our family have been and gone, can’t believe how quick the five days have gone, we had a lovely time with them but we are exhausted, LOL, Jack is always on the go but very comical so we’ve had fun with him. I’ve been a shark, dinosaur, and many other animals in his games, I said one was a squid, he told me in no uncertain terms, it’s not a squid NaN, it’s an octopus. We bought him a crocodile that’s was so big he could hardly carry it, he chose it, he insisted on taking it on the plane, ha,ha, bet that was fun!
They flew at 11am so by lunchtime I had done two lots of washing, cleaned right through the villa so we are almost back to normal, mind you they’ve left clothes as they are hoping to come over in July so I’ve got their holiday clothes to wash and iron, I just said to Steve that most people take their clothes home and have the task of washing them, they now have a wardrobe and chest of drawers full of clothes here!

Great challenge, Jane! I am sorry I have a one track mind and have been scrapping for March Madness VSBN and CalvinBall 2019! Just got back from a weekend Scrap retreat, and have been uploading. Doctors yesterday and today. I got another injection for my torn rotator cuff. He ordered a pause in my PT so I can recover from my weekend. You know, lifting and carrying supplies packeting in car, unpacking etc. should have known better!
But now will try your challenge and others I have missed!

Default S2S19L "Its what's inside that counts."

Posting early because I may not be on in the morning. This week's challenge is called "It's what's inside that counts." The challenge is to make the inside of your card as much fun as the front! I cut the cup four times so I would have a front and back to be able to slip tea bags into them! Hope you have fun creating insides and I can't wait to see what you do!

Here is my sample, open and closed:

Tea for 2 (front) by muscrat - at Splitcoaststampers

So grumpy is going to be on an 18 month plan of shots. Oops start at the beginning. Grumpy is my son. He turns 30 at the end of next month. Grumpy is allergic to nature.. Basically.. And grumpy is now a postie so he is outdoors delivering the mail. So yup his allergies have been bad. Crossing my fingers my toes and my nose that this helps. This past month has already been bad.

Kathy, that is a great challenge. I usually neglect to decorate the insides of my cards, but this might get me into the habit. Thanks so much.

What are the shots? Cortisone? I have allergies and so does DS2 and fishing outdoors is sometimes tough.

He went to an allergist. The allergist ordered vials. My son will go to his regular doctor on a set schedule to have what is in the vials injected in hopes of reducing his hstimine response... Do you want me to get more specific info from grumpy?

We were both tested years ago but I know you can "out grow" some allergies. I think its the seasonal stuff right now with spring beginning.

There’s a tree over here called the jacaranda, thankfully we never had one in the garden as it seems the pollen is very bad for hay fever sufferers, it’s beautiful when it flowers but our friend is really allergic to it.

In my experience my allergies have gotten worse over time. My son's allergies are not any better as he has grown up. With my allergies I have a nasal spray and reactine and sometimes benedryl... When all that doesn't work then off to the cold shower. Oh and saline to clear my eyes

Jan, we have that tree here too. I suffer badly with my sinus and hayfever, although the hay fever isn't as bad these days but then my sinus are bad all year round so maybe I just don't notice. I don't seem to sneeze as much as I used to or get the itchy eyes...just the blocked nose LOL. I do find our native bushes, the banksia can set me off and also cut grass LOL

Happy Friday everyone...phew what a week it's been. My feet haven't touched the ground. I did manage to spend all arvo and most of yesterday evening in my craft room but I was busy putting together packages to mail today as I had promised to get them sent before we go away. Time is running out...eek.

I'm participating in a card dare challenge where we send a card and a kit to someone else...come join in. It's fun. I shall now have to rethink my sentiments when I make a card for a challenge. I can see a lot of Hello Friend cards happening LOL.
Today is hubby's birthday and he is officially the same age as me...for a few months LOL.

I'm catching up on the threads I've missed this week and then will shower and hit my craft room. I have a card to make for our dear FS. Later it's poppets...and birthday dinner..yay.

Sleep well and happy weekend everyone.

Morning....or evening. Where are you all? Everyone has gone quiet on all of the threads.

Time to head out. It was cooling down and is back to 33 degrees today which means 36 at our golf course. I’m hydrating.

Sleep well everyone. Craft morning tomorrow ya. Our SU demo friend has put a kit together for us.

Woke up to rain so it’s dark and miserable, just deciding what to do, not sure if we will get our walk, at least the garden will be happy, we have planted some fruit bushes, not sure if they will survive the heat of summer, gooseberry, red currant and white currant, looking forward to making jam, pies or whatever later in the year.

Woke up to a world of white this morning. If the snowplow does not come by in time, I will not be going to church. It is really heavy, sticky snow .....the kind you get stuck in.

Wow Ina, that's a lot of snow still for March, nearly April. It was so hot here today....33 degrees they forecast but by the time we arrived at golf it was already 35 degrees outside which meant on our course it was 38 degrees..I melted and did not enjoy it. Home now and feel absolutely shattered. I was going to head to my craft room but I think I may head to bed early once I've caught up on this site.

This week is a busy one and I need some energy. Happy Sunday everyone

Yup snow here. It is only March so I am waiting the the second winter, as my son calls it. I remember going to work in a spring dress in April. When I left work there may have been a foot of snow on the ground! So yes.. We get a touch of spring.. Then you start putting away your boots and boom!

Happy Monday and happy April Fools Day. This day must be lucky for me as it seems I have won the Misti challenge. Wow, didn't see that coming as so many beautiful creations but it seems they choose a random person. I am sooooo happy as I really wanted to get the corners and magnets and maybe something else LOL. It really is worth going in the challenge and I will never again say that I will not win as I am based in Australia...today proves I was wrong LOL.

Hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. Happy day and creating. I'm giving out group hugs today...here it is xo

I've just been searching art and craft shops in Japan....oh my, I am in big trouble. I knew that they had beautiful papers and pens as everything you buy there is so exquisitely wrapped, no matter what it is. Last time we visited I didn't go looking for craft stuff, but I have found shops with beautiful watercolour paints, marker pens, papers, washi tapes and so it goes on and on. Oh dear...better pack another bag I think. Maybe the exchange rate will kill my enthusiasm once I'm there LOL

Oh dear...better pack another bag I think. Maybe the exchange rate will kill my enthusiasm once I'm there LOL

Safe Travels!
Yeah, I watch some of the planner babe's videos of their visits to Japan. I'd never come out of a couple of those stores

Love the snow... from a picture. I am so over winter. Hopefully, the March lion has gone into hibernation. I am so ready to work in the garden.

Good morning, girls.
Sorry I've been MIA. I've just been uber busy and I don't see it letting up any time soon.. maybe by September ????

I spent time with Bob while he was home. Then after he left I spent a week deep cleaning the house and trying to get projects out of the way in anticipation of the grandgirls being here for Spring break. That didn't happen but I got into a 3-day creative summit on Teachable then finishing up my Spring junk jounal.
Today starts 3 days of intensity as I get business caught up and cards made to take to the local quilt store on Wednesday. Our Spring shop hop is this weekend and she wants my cards in the store.
I might be able to breathe again by Thursday ????

How are all of you? I miss you

Jayne I must have missed something as I didn’t realise you were off on your travels again so soon! Sounds like a good place to go for crafty items.

Kelly, did you get the girls for the holiday?

I’ve re grouted our en-suite this afternoon and we’ve now emptied the bedroom, apart from the bed so we can paint the bedroom tomorrow, no walking first thing as we want to get started so we can finish in one day so it dries before bedtime.

Tomorrow is two anniversaries for us, we moved into our villa 18 years ago and also 49 years ago we got engaged, I was sweet seventeen, ha,ha, my dad nearly had a fit when Steve asked him for permission, especially when he said he wanted at least a years notice to save for a wedding so steve said we’ll what about May next year, LOL

Kelly, we are all ready for spring, but I have to say, what made the 5 inches of heavy sticky snow such a surprise was that on Friday, I was raking the leaves off my flowerbeds in 50° sunshine.

Congratulations on both anniversaries, Jan. You sound like us , we always celebrate the anniversary of the proposal, because it was Valentine’s Day. For wenere we live now, our one year coming up on the 23rd! I still can’t believe how fast everything went! And then this year has gone fast.

So, you are getting close to your 50th? A year from May?
You both work so hard! Painting? I will never have the energy to do that again! Another reason we sold and are renting! LOL
