I totally had to play in the F4A challenge today because it was perfect for using some more items off my table. Used the last of the lace flowers sent to me over 4 years ago from Jan (Precious Kitty) and a vintage image that I just could not throw away because I thought it was perfect for a card for my sister.

I spent the evening making cards (and part of the morning also) using mostly bits and pieces from on the stamp table!

Don photographed 11 cards tonight...I'm not uploading them to the gallery, they aren't for any other challenge than to use what I have...and I used some sentiments that I haven't used in a couple of years!

SU paper colors I have no clue what the names are because someone gave me the paper, stickers that a friend gave me last summer and the stickers don't stick so I had to use glue (I hate using glue) to get them onto the cards and I had a lot of fun (other than the glue).

Tomorrow I might be meeting a lady who wants to look through my stash of cards...I don't allow her to pay me because I have no desire to pay taxes at my husband's income so she sometimes sends me a gift certificate to JoAnn's which I use then to replace tape, ribbon, or to buy a new stamp!

I am trying hard to stay awake all night. I am going from 2 years of day shift, moved into Swing shift (3:30-11:30) and starting tomorrow I am 11 pm to 7 am.
hoping that shift is only for this week.
Someone quit and I'm the only one that is available.
I finished off a box of unfinished cards. Not bad.Most of my unfinished cards just need the fronts put on bases

I was looking at my stamp shelves, I have 218 stamp sets. WHY am I such a hoarder?
54 are current Stampin' Up! sets.
I need to get pictures taken in the daylight of what I have finished, then I will upload them.

I wondered why you were posting at 2 AM...I was going to tell you to go to bed! I was probably awake at 2 AM but not out of bed.

Sometimes when I just can't put a card together I sit and cut card bases of white and cream and I take the time to crease and fold them. I have a small bin just the right size for folded cardstock and it sets a shelf, I just swing my chair around and grab one so my cards are finished when I make the front.

UHM...I am not counting how many stamp sets I have, certainly more than 218...at least 100 of the sets are long, ago, old, retired SU sets on wood...at one time I sold many sets of SU (I had over 350 at that time)...now that isn't counting the 101 sets of GKD that I got rid of...and I still have at least 50 of her sets...and then...well...the sets keep multiplying in purchases from newer companies...and not so for SU...

Well so far I've made it two hours into my 8 hour shift of overnight. Let's hope I make it to morning LOL the weather was really bad before I left roads are super icy. I met a plow on my way and the roads seem to look good on his side of the road but he wasn't in front of me I would have been nice.
Does anybody by chance have a happy Mother's Day stamp? And would you be willing to stamp me a dozen images?

Vikki I found mine. It is about an inch high and 2 1/2 long with Happy on one line and Mother's Day below it. Will that work for you? If it will work how do you want them spaced on a page and what color?

I have an old SU set that has one but I'll let her answer you...everyone that has a stamp could her images and she would be set for years to come!!!!

i finally had a chance to create a card! This one was designed for The Card Concept #108 {Love is in the Air} Challenge and I used several retired SU! items- Follow My Heart stamp set, Night and Day DSP, Poppy Parade DSP (from the hostess level I sets years ago), Black Hemp Twine, Punches- Banner (maybe still current), retired Sweetheart and Triple Heart (not sure if that was the name) and White Tea Lace Doily.

Still only a small bit of dent in the retired papers- I have more than one lifetime's worth for sure and still buy when on sale- why????

I know I have over 1,000 stamp sets and again, still buy (although not as many as I used to)....hoarder, for sure! But I am trying to use them :-)

Vikki Jo- Some of my older SU! wood mount sets are at our weekend home and with the recent weather, we are unable to get down the driveway. That is where most of my Mothers Day sets are located, so I am thankful that a few others can stamp the sentiment for you.

I made several cards today here is one using a die I haven't used in a couple of years and the paper is from I don't know where! The ribbon is from SU purchased at least 9 years ago...

I made 3.5 cards yesterday using stash, inks I hadn't used for a while and stamps and dies that were either new and never opened or ones I've had for a while. I hope to finish another 1.5 or more as I like this week's challenges.

Faye, I usually go to the Home page when I log onto the site and check each day's challenges. I've also found more challenges on threads I subscribe to such as this one and also S2S and the VSN. I keep a list of those I would like to try....some I didn't get back to last year but one day I will do them. I try and do the challenges the week they are posted but it doesn't always happen. I like the fact that it's never too late to post in a challenge and there's always the master sheet to refer back to.

I've made about 10 cards in the past week...that's a first for me. I've uploaded some to my gallery. Today I made one for the Teapot Challenge using 2 stamp sets that I bought at least a year ago if not longer. Papers from my stash were also used. I'm having problems uploading from my iPad so can't copy them here...sorry.
