Default STEE07 (12-04-07)

Hi there...it's your new Tardy hostess Silvia!!! I'm sorry to post so late today, but life got in the way! We had to go pick up my car from the shop, then DH wanted me to tell him how to re-areange the living room so we could start the Christmas process at our house! So here it is for you today!

When I first volunteered to do this challenge it was on Fridays, and I automatically thought of the attack on Pearl Harbor and how we need to thank our veterans not only on Veterans Day or the 4th of July. So this came to mind! This Friday they are having a wreath laying ceremony in Washington DC ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp...enueid=1028127 )

So your challenge is to make a card for a soldier, or Veteran thanking them of what they have done for us!

Please don't forget the keyword STEE07 with no spaces so we can find your card easier! Have fun, enjoy, and don't forget to comment on others cards!

Again, I appologize for the delay!

Here is my Sample!

Ooh great idea! Sorry, I've been swamped with life and no stamping lately. I'll make a card tomorrow!

I'm sorry it took me so long to get to this Silvia. It is a great cause, thank you! My card is very simple, but says it all.

Thanks for looking

It has been published that they will not deliver any card addressed to Any Soldier. Security reasons, etc.

Sorry,
Doris
