Strawberry Moon,” June’s full moon rises on Tuesday, June 14. The peak illumination of the full Strawberry Moon is actually at 7:52 a.m. ET, so we won’t be able to see it, but if you look Southeast just after sunset, the supermoon will float majestically across the nighttime sky.

So grumpy is getting an interesting reputation! So this weekend he and hunter helped their friend move into a house. Grumpy's house warming gift? Toilet paper! Lol went he went to a friend's cottage he brought up Costco salads plus toilet paper! Yes something we always forget and the boys were very happy to have toilet paper after the move.

Lynn, so glad your son is safe and what an ordeal for him. He’s so lucky that all he has is a broken toe. You must be so pleased to have him home safe.
We are back in civilisation and loved being off the grid for a while. Our water will only last 4 days max. Not showering every day helps lol. There were long drop loos which were very clean.
We had torrential rain here when we arrived and what a mess it has made. We head further north soon and some roads are blocked due to flooding so not sure we will get through.
sorry if I’ve missed some chat. Got to fly. Hugs and waving

Woo-hoo you are back. So glad you had a good time. Must be different for you to watch your water intake. I know when we were camping we always brought water. There were taps for water but is wasn't drinkable. So have you fully adapted to living in a house on wheels yet?
Me I am still trying to figure out what time zone my body wants to be in. We had Our first heat event of summer. Pretty funny as they turned off the heat in the building on Friday!
Big huge hugs

S2S22JUN Male and ABCs
Wow, it's June already! Our S2S22JUN challenge is to make a masculine card, seeing as this month has a celebration for fathers. And who can't use a few masculine cards in their stash? But I am upping the ante a bit, by including an alphabet component. Take any three consecutive alphabet letters and include something that starts with each of the 3 letters. For example, if I choose E, F, G, I could use an embossing folder, fir trees, and the colour grey.

Yup it is June. I think grumpy has all his weekends booked till September! I think that is wonderful! Taking care of me is a real drain on him and this means he can get out and recharge. He has said he wants to get the camera out more so let's hope. Oh! You guys know I am strange right? Well I started taking my B vitamins at night and I sleep so much better! I figured out that B vitamins make me sleepy when my doc gave me a B12 shot and I slept for more than a day.
Big huge hugs all around

Aw Lynn, that is so sweet of you. The card is lovely, especially the die cut sentiment. And who doesn't like butterflies.

Lynn, we sat and looked at the stars when we free camped. I’ve never seen so many and the half moon. The colours were pink and blue. We had binoculars. It was wonderful.
Happy 50th anniversary Jan and Steve. Enjoy your special day.
hugs everyone.

I am playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking, so just completed our April challenge...WEATHER! (put April weather where you live on your card).
I depicted our Pacific Northwest April weather with an overcast day with gray clouds and no sun, but we could have rain or even cool sunshine...you never know. Though there would probably be either gray skies or rain compared to the number of days with sunshine. This has been a particularly cool spring. Here we are in June, and we are still in the 60s during the day!!
Here is my card: Let's Party With Dinosaurs!

Beautiful Hello card, Lynn! As Kathy said, are you doing OK? I'm finally back in Wisconsin, but really haven't had a moment to myself until now. I took the granddaughters home yesterday. Whew...I'm exhausted! We got home Thursday...went to a birthday party, wedding and then I had the girls for 4 days. Now to catch up on all the chat and start crafting again...after a bit of a rest!

Oh sorry! I haven't gotten any notices from SCS. Been dealing with sinus plus ear infection and the antibiotics have affected my lips. Yuck. Not kissable. Mad at the twins as they borrowed my access card to do laundry... 5 hours later I still didn't have it back. They had gone to the end of school BBQ. So no key to lock my place or card to get into anything in the building, not impressed. Anyways it is the last day of the antibiotics and I hope I feel well enough to go out in a few days.
How is everyone doing? It has been cool here, in the 20c range all this week plus we are having rain every 3 days I think.

Lynn, so far, the farmers here are fine. Most crops were in and the rains have been interspersed with sunshine too. Beans and corn are looking great in the fields.

Kathy are you doing OK? Grumpy went to see grandpa for Father's day.
I got out. I went to crappy tire for laundry soap. I know it sounds weird. That went well,so, I went to the Italian grocery and got different flavored lemon summer drink. I am thinking 5hat am doing well. Should have stopped! I went to the Greek place I have been going to since it opened. A simple large Greek salad plus a pork stick. Simple huh? No! The salad made but no one put the pork to cook! When I asked where it was they could not find it and put it on! Told them I was canceling my order NOW! That woke them up and I was absolutely starving by then!

Nope I canceled the order. Grumpy came over with hamburgers after seeing grandpa. Yup a ton to talk about after having to cut his way out of the forest!
Well I did finally figure something out! The menopause clinic gave me a low dose estrogen patch which I was supposed to change every 3 days. I was changing it weekly and was no longer getting night sweats and was sleeping better. Till all I was was dopey. I stopped and now having trouble sleeping again. Uugghh. I am going to have to figure out just how much is enough. A few years ago I wanted estrogen cream from a compounding pharmacy which could have easily regulated the dose. I guess it isn't supposed to be easy.
How is Jan? Did Steve have a good father's day?

Lynn I’m glad you got food eventually,I bet Grumpy will have many tales to tell about his last trip.
I used to have patches when I had my hysterectomy but after a year I became allergic to the glue, tried different ones so had pills then we came to Spain and the doctor said they don’t agree with using them so took me off them, of course then I had hot sweats etc, still do sometimes, not good with the heat in Spain haha
my shoulder still hurts , but I’m fine apart from that. steve had a good Fathers Day, just relaxed, the boys rang and then youngest rang again when the GSs woke up so they wished him a happy day too.
Getting organised for their visit, only four weeks, our son was asking me get scotch eggs, sausage rolls, scampi fries as he can’t get them in SF, eventually after a long list he said maybe you’d better just take me to the English shop haha
