When I finish a project I always feel eager for the next one, but then sometimes it takes a while for the ideas to percolate. That being said--bring on June! I'm ready to percolate! (insert pic of old fashioned coffee pot LOL)
Jean I love the June challenge. I will have to do this when we get back. Thank you for hosting.

Poppin' in to say hello. I have not created for this challenge for a few months, Jean- hope to get your challenge done this month!
We are HOME for June and I am happy about no travel plans- only because hubby is playing baseball on 2 teams..... : ) I am not complaining. He has way more energy than I do! hahahahaha I am happy to catch up on stamping : )
I am working my "Challenge Catch-ups" goal. My two prompts I used were: blue and text. My mediums are: brush blended dye-based inks for text distressing; computer inks for sentiment + inside verse; pigment ink for edge distressing (Brilliance-Gingerbread); and Copic marker for sentiment darkening (very carefully drawn!)
Dagmar- great prompts for July.
Jean- I loved your prompts, too, but just didn't get around to a project for June. I will make both these in July --promise!
I am working toward my "Challenge Catch-Up" goal as usual!
This card is for the April 2022 prompts. I chose: "stencils" and "anything you can smear." I made my own stencil with the SU Artistic Dies cut out with white cardstock. After smearing dye-based ink onto a white cardstock front panel with blender brushes to create a negative floral imprint (using my homemade cardstock stencil), the stencil became a lovely and colorful die-cut that I am using on this card as its floral focal point over black and white stripes. I love the idea behind this...two cards for one!
Thank you Dagmar for hosting this month’s challenge. Great challenge.
Any takers for August? We are back on the grid…in and out so some days I can’t get on this site. Hoping to be back home within the next 7-10 days but will be busy with family and home stuff. I’ll pop on and be back creating when I can. Have fun.

Hi everyone. For those who still have some challenges to catch up on (mention no names but one lady’s name begins with J), don’t forget you can also combine them with DTGD. Happy creating

Amazing creation Dagmar. Love it. I have been making cards and using up lots of my MM stash. I keep forgetting to combine challenges. Doh!

I am so behind on challenges but hope to start from July on. In the meantime Jayne saw one of my DTGD cards and asked me to share. It was for Dini’s Desktop theme and I used a fat book I had. Best Behaved
Thanks for taking a look.

Here is mine for August. You can barely see my stenciling, but it is there. I wanted it very light to go with the little bit of pink in the otherwise monochromatic paper. Jayne, of course I used a real photo and made it a scrap page! LOL IFH22Aug, MMJ822, Extraordinary sm by smadson at Splitcoaststampers
Thank you for posting the challenge Sharon. Great challenge. Sorry to remind you but when you offered to do the challenge for August (Post #219) I forgot about it. I really appreciate you and everyone helping with the challenges.
Another one for my list. I seem to have very long lists lol
Happy day everyone

I haven't been on this site for quite a while, but I've been dipping a toe in again lately and saw this challenge for August. I did postage stamp, photo cut from magazine, and blue, with stenciling. Here's my page (I hope I've done this right): Be fearless by pippinmctaggart at Splitcoaststampers

Two more pages for my Margarete Miller Prompts Collage. I wish I would have used a different book as it is coming apart a bit. Added some Tim Holtz linen fabric tape to a few pages and that seems to be holding up well, plus it's collagey looking so makes it seem like it goes there. I just didn't know if I would really stick with it, so wanted to use something I had laying around. I suppose that means it is a good problem to have.
Thanks for the prompts this month, Sharon. I used them in my second one listed here and it also features my adorable mother in my photo. The Shirley to my Shirleysgirl name looking pretty darn good at 80 years young!

Amy some more great pages. Sorry to hear that your book is falling apart. I’m assuming it was one of your Dylusions books? I haven’t put too much in mine yet but Dyan Reaveley fills hers with collage. Good idea to tape the middle. Your mum does look amazing.
