Note on Keywords!

If you would like to be able to find this round of the Alpha challenges easily add this keyword each week too along with the weekly one: ABC12

If you would like to be able to find all of your cards for this round add a specific keyword for your own gallery!

Example for mine: ABC12annsforte3 or I could use ABC12ann

It is entirely up to you if you would like to do this as an added search option.

annsforte3 09-10-2019 10:03 AM

I'm here, where are you???

shirlb19 09-10-2019 10:51 AM

Thanks Ann, I am here, lol.......Ah so I see we are just not starting with an A. Good thing, as I had not started anything yet. Nice to do a mix up but still easy like the last round. Thank you so much for getting this started. No idea, when I will get started though, lol.

muscrat 09-10-2019 10:56 AM

I'm here!

annsforte3 09-10-2019 11:01 AM

Kathy, so glad your unpacking went well!!

smadson 09-10-2019 11:14 AM

I am here! Thank you Ann for e v e r y t h i n g!

I love your ideas for the keywords! Great idea for a keyword for our own! I always have to search to see if I did a letter, or if I forgot one. Thanks.

Hawaiian 09-10-2019 11:47 AM

Rocking my granny undies on over here!!!

CraftyMerla 09-10-2019 12:15 PM

Here! Subscribed to the thread already. I do appreciate all you do Ann. You are heaven sent. Bless you.

Hello, Ladies. I am not one to chime in often, but I do enjoy the chatter and I am always with you in prayer and support. Love you all, Ladies.

muscrat 09-10-2019 12:30 PM

First video over here! Wake up!

JRHolbrook 09-10-2019 02:42 PM

Thanks Ann, I'm all set to go but unfortunately all my craft stuff is packed! LOL It will probably be a couple weeks until I'm ready to go again! Road trip starts tomorrow!

Have fun ladies! I'll be checking in along the way!

annsforte3 09-10-2019 03:42 PM

REMINDER: First card of this round and the letter is "M"!!

Keywords: ABC12M1, add ABC12 so everyone may do a general search!

Add your own keyword for your own gallery. Example: ABC12muscrat or ABC12Kathy

Ozpom 09-10-2019 04:08 PM

Hi everyone..I’m here...did I miss any chat on the last thread lol.

cdimick 09-10-2019 04:19 PM

Hi everyone! Shoot, it's moving day and I haven't finished everything from the last round!

DD2 got her new glasses...she can see clearly now....are you singing now?

muscrat 09-10-2019 04:22 PM

Does this answer your question!

cdimick 09-10-2019 04:24 PM

Yes, yes, I think it does!

muscrat 09-10-2019 06:26 PM

I will be MIA most of tomorrow. Watching little man from 7:30-2:30. Hard to believe he's five now! She didn't send him to school this year, so I will be helping out when my sister works. He goes to daycare three days a week, so it will only be Tuesdays or Wednesdays when needed. So far this is the only date in September.

annsforte3 09-10-2019 06:35 PM

Night all!!

muscrat 09-10-2019 06:38 PM

Goodnite Ann! Thank you for being so wonderful and keeping us all together!

lacyquilter 09-10-2019 07:05 PM

I'm here. Thanks, Ann. Oh, boy! You are going to keep me on my toes! I don't know my alphabet in this order! LOL

lacyquilter 09-10-2019 07:09 PM

I see what you did. You did the first half backwards, and then the second half backwards. Sneaky!

cdimick 09-10-2019 11:02 PM

So now that you see the pattern, Melody, are you going to learn the alphabet in this order? LOL

Ozpom 09-11-2019 01:49 AM

Happy Wednesday everyone...phew what a day. I have little energy to spare and just want to sleep. Have a great day everyone.

stampin'nana 09-11-2019 03:06 AM

When I hopped into bed last night, the letter M was on my mind. I had a card in my head, but fell asleep during the thinking process. Now I'm not sure what I will make.

Thanks, Ann, for your hard work getting these challenges together!

Ozpom 09-11-2019 04:22 AM

Thinking of everyone in America today...hugs.

Kemernow 09-11-2019 04:49 AM

Jayne, thank you for thoughts for America. It’s hard to believe it has been 18 years already. Many functions going on around the country today honoring those who were lost. I heard on the news that all the names will be read in newscasts during this day.

Hot and humid here today as well, a bit of summer still left, apparently! Yes, we have the A/C on, too!

Happy New Round! Ann, I add my thanks as to all you do! I hope I can keep up this time!

Kemernow 09-11-2019 04:50 AM

I did pour myself a second cup today. :)

annsforte3 09-11-2019 05:24 AM

Morning!!

Hard to believe it's been that many years since all of that stuff happened. Horrible!

Melody and Catherine, I was giggling at your comments about the alphabet!! So funny!!

Can't believe that we are going into 2020 with this round!! It's an easy round so hope everyone can play along! But if you can't, chat and keep us updated on what you are doing. Remember it is always people before paper and life happens, so don't feel bad if you can't do a card each week!!

Ok everyone remind me I said that!!

lacyquilter 09-11-2019 06:15 AM

Good morning.

Haha, Catherine! This brain has better things to do than relearn my ABC's.

cdimick 09-11-2019 07:42 AM

Good morning! It feels like fall outside here. I know it is just a tease, heat will be back, I'm sure.

I lost my evening last night to board meeting. I haven't quite conquered straightening my craft desk from moving everything and really want to be able to make a card! Withdrawals, I think!

Jayne, thank you for your thoughts for your hugs for America today. 18 years ago, I was in my home town visiting my mom and we were going to go to the Round-Up. DD1 was almost 11 months old.

Sorry you don't have any energy, hope you aren't getting sick.

Roberta, I've had that happen, where I had an idea and lost it while in sleep. I'm sure whatever you make will be marvelous.

Kandie, what an adorable puppy in your pic. I think I feel like that puppy looks...more coffee please!

Ann, glad we made you giggle! OK, we'll remind you of what you said in post 28. Duly noted! LOL

Melody, it might be an excellent mental exercise!

stampin'nana 09-11-2019 08:34 AM

Woo Hoo! Got my first card up! Doing a Happy Dance....without any music! Have a Great Wednesday everyone!

muscrat 09-11-2019 11:48 AM

Today's tutorial is pointillism! Try it! What I'm most happy with is my fussy cutting! I followed advice and left a white border, but it ain't easy cutting out a lobster with his feelers intact! LOL

Q-tip Pointillism by muscrat - at Splitcoaststampers

cdimick 09-11-2019 03:54 PM

Wow, Kathy, great fussy cutting skills! Looks like a fun tutorial.

Yay for happy dancing, Roberta!

Very quiet on here today, hope everyone is doing well.

Hawaiian 09-11-2019 07:00 PM

Alohaaaa darlin Sistahs!!!!!!
Wow 18 years I remember mitch waking Me to see the news and was glued right where I woke use both side by side watching going no where just watching silently . I wasn't ev n sure if my mind had registered what was actually happening.

Sis Ann if I havnt mahaloed you for all you do then just know there isn't a word that can really express how amazing and greatful I am and you have truely truely blessed my life and my Ohana as well !!!! We all love you !!!

JRHolbrook 09-11-2019 07:13 PM

Good evening ladies!

Beautiful card Kathy! So cool. I want to try that technique when I get back to Arizona.

I made it a bit over halfway today, 8 hours of driving. I will get to Livingston, Montana tomorrow afternoon. Rainy day today, but looks better tomorrow. I'm proud of myself for driving that far alone! Lots of singing and snacking along the way LOL.

Yes, I agree with everyone, so grateful to Ann for keeping this great group of ladies together!

JRHolbrook 09-11-2019 07:35 PM

Hi Catherine and Sis!
Congrats on getting your first card done for this round Roberta! YAY! I just checked posts and see Ann, Shirl, Kathy and Melody have cards up too! I'll have to go back and look and comment now.

Jayne, Thanks for your thoughts on this sad anniversary of 9/11. I saw several flags on overpasses and and along the highway today.

annsforte3 09-11-2019 07:43 PM

Gracie, rest up for the drive tomorrow!! Stay safe!!

Hugs to all of you for being you!! I am grateful for all of you!!

Night all!!

shirlb19 09-11-2019 07:48 PM

Gracie, glad you checked in along the way. Safe travels!

I read a fabulous memoir about 4 women who were widowed by 9/11. It is called: "Love Ya, Mean It." Excellent book.

Love You, Mean It by Patricia Carrington, Haynes - Review | | BookPage

cdimick 09-11-2019 07:52 PM

Great job, Gracie, eight hours is quite a long drive, especially by yourself. For long drives, I like to get audio books (usually on CD from the library) but I know that doesn't work for everyone. Singing and snacking sounds great too.

Sweet dreams, Ann.

JRHolbrook 09-11-2019 07:52 PM

Thanks Catherine, Ann and Shirl! I'll drive safely! Good night gals! Going to read for awhile!
