My SU group is on Saturday! Our group has grown from three of us (including demo friend) to 6! A new lady is coming this weekend. We were five last month.
I imagine the principle reason those colors in are that family is because they didn't have 10 neutrals, but wanted all the families to have the same number of colors.
I don't really think that was the main reason either because they now have a basics group with three colors. Black, vanilla and white are no longer in the neutrals.
This is weird, but I thought I had posted about thanking Ann and Kathy for replying about the "neutrals" and thanking Ann for posting the question again over on the challenges thread......Oh, well, I am doing it again now.
Shirl - no, I hadn't posted about the book I was reading. Thanks to my library, I have discovered a new-to-me author (if any of my fellow readers already suggested this author, I didn't save that recommendation for future reference). The author's name is Rhys Bowen (though I guess that is a nom de plume) and I have been enjoying her Royal Spyness series. It is a fun, light mystery read.
Regarding neutrals, I seem to recall seeing somewhere on the color challenge thread that by neutrals they meant black, white, gray but I'm not sure and I can't find it anywhere.
And yes, SU's color revamp made me chuckle when I saw the blue/green/red entries into the neutral category.
I have no idea what size ring I wear though my wedding ring is loose...but has to be because of the knuckle!

Well that just shows you how much I look at the catalog. I don't buy any new colors, just refills for the ones I already have.
You know what the problem is with watching the new show 9-1-1 with DH? He’s a retired firefighter, so all I hear is “that’s true, I’ve done that, I remember...” and “oh that’s just bull****! No way would that happen on my shift!” Sigh. I’d sure like to actually hear the dialogue once in a while, lol.

Haha Poor Big Sis. But I can image being there would be annoying and for us here it’s hilarious having the image of you wanting to say sthu or change the station ,but then you would probably just grab a book and read or retreat to your craft space. But it’s nice for him because of the memories and now the many drama they play into and situations. His a sweet nice funny guy but I’m sure some of those shows can’t be fun. To try and watch with one who knows the real life aspects of the situation. He must like All the Chicago shows now that they all run and enter twine with each other and starts with fire med then Pd. Oh and station19 happy happy joy joy!!
Actually, DH doesnt like the Chicago shows at all. And when that young man died on yesterdays 9-1-1 show, he almost broke down in tears.
Yeah that was sad but as soon as he asked what was her answer I knew he was a goner...to bad he dont like the shows . They way they have its almost like a movie instead of shows.lots of times when the shows are over Im left with wanting more so the 3 togther covers the fix and good amount of time. By the time next week comes Im ready to stay put and watch lol
Linda, a friend shared three light stickers and some of the copper tape. I just did the picture and got a battery for it and then made the circuit with the stuff she gave me!
what chartridges do you use? I am wondering if I have them?

It’s wiring that will give off electricity google it or watch a video that shows what it is . Awhile back I saw a video showing how to do it so I’m sure there is one that will show you what Sis Kathy is talking about
I'm sorry Linda.I didn't realize you thought I meant cricut! There is a tutorial on split Coast in the resource section called chibitronics. you can see there how I made the electrical circuit using copper tape and light stickers. Thanks Victoria for helping out!

Yes but much simpler than house circuits. You use two rows of copper tape. One row is positive and the other is negative. When you touch the two together using the light stickers, they produce power to light the light (with a battery as its power).
I'm back, I had board meeting tonight and just got home.
I have a question for those of you who have sold your cards at craft fairs and such. How have you decided on the prices for your cards? I have a craft fair, of sorts, that I'm doing the end of this month and have never done something like that. I have sold a card or two in the past but am just not certain about pricing so looking for feedback from all of you.
