Fan Club Question

Hello, I’ve just uploaded a card and it says that it’s waiting for approval. I have a Fan Club subscription and thought this was still valid....how can I check if I need to repay? I thought I would have received a reminder. Can someone please advise how long the subscription goes for? Maybe I need to pay again...lol.

Jayne, you should be able to check by clicking on your username at the top of the screen...you'll see Fan Club Subscription listed down near the bottom on the left side of the dashboard. Clicking on that should show you if it's expired.

p.s. as it's not a database error...you are in the right place for this sort of query, but you're better off starting a new thread with your specific issue/query in the thread title ;-).
