Does anyone have an e-mail to contact Split Coast Stampers?
I need to contact SPC. However, I am unable to. Not sure why. I wanted to ask them, if there is a way we can find our old threads.
I can't get past the robot thing. I keeps sending me picture after picture and I click correctly every time. LOL Additionally, when I fill out the form, it tells me I haven't filled out certain areas, when, in fact, I have.
If anyone has an alternate e-mail for SPS, please let me know.
Additionally, I was just able to fill the form out and the robot thing WORKED! I only had to go through about 15 different sets of pictures. LOL Anyway, as I was typing my question, the robot thing pops up again and boom, I'm unable to send my inquiry. I know I am not the only one having issues, but still, it is frustrating. They need an alternate e-mail, where we don't have to go through 15 different sets of pictures! It's absurd.
I didn't receive your email but you can click on your own username here in this thread and choose "find more posts by Lamborghini girl" to see all your posts.
Understandblue, thank you for the link. However, I can't ask a question, because it comes up blank. Also, I can't contact them, with the form. Must be technical issues. I have typed up a letter for corporate, so I'll mail that. I guess I don't need to mail the letter after all. You told me how to find my old threads. :-)
muskrat, the live chat did not work for me. But maybe you'll have better luck, if you ever do need it. Live chat is a great feature, as long as it's NOT automated. LOL

Most times my questions aren't time sensitive so I just post the question in the Site Tech forum. Lydia is very good at answering them. With live chat, I have to remember there is a time difference. I'm eastern time and that's pacific.
