When I sent her a link to my gallery she could see it again and the link she sent me does not show VSN cards either. You don't need to me a member to see VSN cards.

But my mom was able to see my bio before and she is not a Fan Club member and she can no longer see it.

When you say bio are you talking about your public profile? I can see that.

I'm still having trouble trying to edit the Master Lists for Featured Stamper & Inspiration Challenge.

Editing the last post in this thread: https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/f...e-t309259.html

When I click edit this is what I get & it looks fine.

If I click the A/A button this is what I get & still looks ok.

When I click SAVE this is what I get & it's very much NOT ok.

If I Go Advanced, the A/a toggle does not work at all. It's in HTML & stays that way.

All of that should be fixed in the release. Obviously Q/A is really behind with everyone working from home right now. We have our fingers crossed for next week.

I do have a question for y'all though. If you switch to CK Editor Mode in your user control panel do any of these issues go away? Or all of them? Sabrina your post indicated that might be the case with the exception of the toggle?

CK Editor doesn't stay selected for me, Lydia. I choose it and save changes and it just defaults back to Standard Editor - extra formatting controls. I'm not sure what it was defaulting to before, but it's not possible to choose anything other than the current default (for me, Chrome, Windows 10).

ETA : Not quite true - it does seem to save Basic Editor mode if you select it.

I've given up on master lists till it's fixed, so hats off to Julie for trying.

We can force it to stay on the backend if we find that it fixes all the issues. Interesting that it works for Barb and not you. I'm going to see if it stays for me.

I closed out and restarted by laptop and it is not my default now. I too saved it, but it is reverting back.

I was able to fix the one thread that had extra lines, but I am not able to edit my siggy yet. I am hoping it is in the fix next week.

So, this is a new one. I just commented on a card in Vickie's gallery and this is what my siggy looks like. I tried a test post in a thread and it looks okay.

We have this in the tickets as well - had you been commenting in the gallery and something changed? Or no comments in a while?

We should have a release this week! Hopefully it will fix the majority of what's left.

After a close call yesterday with the text wrapping thing where we almost had to pull it out, our release should be this morning - wahoo!

I was able to update and remove all of the funkies from one of my swap threads. But, I am not able to do the edits of my siggy. It is not allowing me to remove the extra lines.

I have been able to edit a few lines since I posted, but not all.   Maybe once the swaps are done, it will look right.

Thanks Lydia!

Also, on the first pass, none of the size changes would stick. If you toggle between HTML & WYSIWYG, the sizes you changed go away. I was able to go advanced & add them back in, but again if I toggle to HTML, they go away. As long as I stay in WYSIWG, they stick.

Sounds pretty similar to what I was experiencing setting up the Favourites for tomorrow and WT for next week, Julie. The extra blank lines seem to come back with every edit. But with time and a good bit of toggling I got there. Not ready to try editing a master challenge list yet, though I'll have to face it soon.

I've just tried to edit my post in Teapot staging and once finished I previewed and again the enclosed pictures disappear, so I've left it for the moment

Today trying to post a favorites list was an absolute nightmare. Only the last entry turned into a card link. I spent over 2 hours fighting with it!
I sort my entries, use Wordpad (unformatted text) and then paste from there. Normally using Advanced and the "text toggle thing" it works fine for me as long as I add blank lines first myself but not this week.

Posted faves list paste to advanced and toggle. hit return do the same. at the end do preview there are numerous returns in post. I cannot make my names larger and a different colour as then it all moves to a continuous line.

I had the same trouble as Janine and Kia posting my favorites list. Went to advance and it either had no spaces like in Kia's post or added extra spaces each time you previewed depending on the toggle setting. No amount of deleting the spaces worked. I finally got it to look like I wanted in the text box not the preview window, opened another tab to the Favorites and pasted to Quick Reply to get it to post. Well over an hour to do. Last week was much better than it has been in a while, but this week was rough.

I edited the spaces out of Kia's (and most others) just to keep the thread from looking too long and messy, but I left a shorter one from Janine (Favourites for the week ending April 18, 2020 - Splitcoaststampers - post #24) as it is just in case the tech team need to see.

It seems as if some people have been plagued with no blank lines and some (me included when staging yesterday) with too many.

Dagmar's post has lots of spaces. Not sure why?

Okay - all good info - I'm so sorry there are still issues but your precise descriptions help. I've passed this on and we will tackle these.

The last 2 weeks the CC hostesses have had issues trying to write-up their threads. One of them uses Safari and the other is using Firefox.

This week's color challenge post is spread out all over the page and Jeanne couldn't correct it. On preview mode everything looks good and once she saved it there were extra spaces everywhere.

She was also unable to use the icons for Bold, linking, alignment etc. She had to type everything in.

Looks like the same problems are surfacing again.

Lydia--I commented in the gallery today and my siggy is wonky, like the last time in post #205. I guess that was not in the fix. Just thought I would let you know.

Looks like links as well as spacing in private messages is all messed up again. I tried toggling between modes several times but that just made it worse.

I don’t know if it’s related, but every apostrophe turns into code or mishmash.

A post from this morning:
[COLOR=#3D3D3D]Spellbinders may well have had a different plate for 3D embossing - I don't have that machine. But 3D embossing generally refers to embossing folders (EFs) rather than a special plate.

Spellbinder Platinum Owners - Trying to find a 3d embossing plate  Post #13. I just looked again and some looked fine and some did not.

The forum seems so unstable. Not the humans, the underlying structure. Well maybe a few humans.

Yes - this upgrade has not been the least bit pleasant. Thanks for reporting this - we'll get it in the ticket.

Always look on the bright side of life...

For a plus, for the first time ever I have been able to write a PM in French and add accents wherever required and NOT have it mangled beyond recognition but stay looking beautifully accented. I know other people were able to do it before but for me it always converted them into weird characters, no matter whether I used keyboard shortcuts, ASCII codes or the character map.
