Yipes! All of my cards are missing!!!
I went to help my neighbor connect her new laptop, when I came back all of my cards are missing from my gallery!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED??? All of the scrap book pages are there but none of my cards!!

Mine are gone too - I wonder if they are having maintenance issues.

This is a temporary database problem we have from time to time - your cards should only be missing for about 15 minutes. So sorry for the trouble!

Wouldn't you know that was the 15 minutes I was looking for them. Most of the time I never notice when there is any problems because it is fixed before I am aware.

Only 50 of my cards are showing up in the gallery. I knew I had over 200 already in there. I just uploaded 3, but they're not showing up yet.

So what if you are only missing only one card that you notice? I uploaded one yesterday morning, got a few comments on it, and now it is gone... ?

Hi Kelly! That's probably not part of the same problem. That usually means the photo didn't have a unique file name - our software deletes duplicates.

:(. They should be back in 15-20.
That database just wobbles sometimes. They will do a permanent repair but it's a large 2011 project.
