Where is Bulk Buy Forum?

Could anyone help me find the Bulk Buy Forum?

I believe that they closed that portion of the B/S/T forum. I don't remember the reason as to why but I believe it was posted by Jen Balcer (unsure of last name).

unfortunately is was closed, because some people abused it. Items were bought and never recieved by the buyers. I wish that we could do it again, but I understand the hassel it was for the mods.

Thanks all for your responses. Not looking for anything specific, I just liked to follow those threads because I learned alot about products from it. Through that forum, I learned about stumps and eyelets--what's what, fair prices, quality, etc.
