Question What does "bump" mean?

I'm a newbie. I've tried to find the answer, but haven't had any success.

Hello and welcome! People post the word - bump - to send a thread to the top of the list again so it will be more likely to be seen and get more responses.
Hope you're enjoying your time here as SCS!
