Upload trouble

Hi, I have been trying to upload 2 cards for 1 1/2 weeks now. I try at different times of day and have tried them together and apart. They process for a few hours ( up to 5 before I shut them off) but never reach the album. I got one yesterday to say it was done but it didnt go to the information screen where I can input the names etc. I have high speed satellite connections.

uploads shouldn't require more than a minute or two in most circumstances, so if you're waiting that long there's definitely an issue.

I always advise people that when having problems it's best to pre-process your images a little bit. save them out as 640x480 pixels max dimensions, jpg format, 70% quality. that can reduce your file size dramatically and make it much less likely that you experience problems.

It then said there were no images found!!!errr

My cards are pending though, there may be hope for me yet!!
