Unable to read the format file message when uploading a card

Hi there,

I just uploaded a card and once the image was 'processed', I typed in all teh card details, supplies etc. and when I had finished and clicked the required button to make all the magic happen, I got the following message:

Unable to read the format of file: /mnt/nfs/data/gallery/5410/2012/07/08/101_0124_by_JoBear2.jpg

I just checked my gallery and my card isn't there. :confused:

Umm, what do I do now? Is my card stuck in the system somewhere or should I try uploading again?

I wouldn't upload again tonight - try checking your gallery in the morning.

Just checked my gallery and my card isn't there. Should I upload my card again or wait a bit longer to see if it appears?

Hey Jocelyn!! Yes, upload it again, but clear your cache first in case that error is cached. Sorry about that!!
