subscription notifications-no photo available

I subscribe to the Stampin spaces gallery. I receive notifications ok but when I open them it says no photo available. Then I tell it to -sort by post date -from beginning -decending - to get the most recent ones downloaded. Sometimes there are no new downloads. Do I need to do something different?
By the way I love the new site, my favorite thing is the mouse over on the posts. I can avoid the things I want and read the things I do- its just great!!!

The weird thing about the photo notifications is that they are not linked to the right pictures all the time, if ever. :? I'm not sure WHY, but they are pretty broken. Maybe Daven can explain more?

I *thought* I'd disabled all the photo notifications since the bulk of the mail we get at the [email protected] has to do with the faulty notifications. I'll have to check that again!

If you'd like to switch off the notifications, go to the gallery, and click on My Profile. Anything that you are subscribed to will be listed there. Just check them off, and they should stop.

As far as a fix for the faulty notifications, though, I have no idea. :( We'll see what happens with the next upgrade of the software. Hopefully it will fix those notifications as well as the multiple upload/gallery selection problem.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or needed to do something I hadn't been. Oh well I guess I'll just have to continue doing it the old fashioned way for a while. No biggie, just excited to get my own stampin space up and running and perusing for ideas.

I decided to keep the notifications (even though they don't lead me to the photos) just so that I would know when a new upload occurred in that gallery. That way I don't have to waste time looking if nothing new has been loaded. At least I know when to take a look!
