Slow...slower....still slower

It has been so tedious going thru the latest card posts, access to galleries, etc these last two days...will these pages ever be high speed again...not even early morning surfing seems to make a difference...I'm in SC...my sister in DE...both experiencing the same thing.

I have DSL...sister has high speed cable...so many great cards to look at but just so slow! I know...I'm whining...but we were spoiled!

Is there a specific problem with the website? I thought it was just me but it is so bad that I just log off and give up. I have cable access and it is slow.

The specific problem we are noticing is that we have a HUGE number of people getting into the gallery every day. Not that there's anything wrong with that! It is just making old Boonie chug a bit (a lot!). The forums are on their own server, and the gallery is on another. Forum server is happy. Boonie is just. . . Boonie.
