Question Problems with Quote Option when using Quick Reply

I can't use the Quote message in reply option. The quote box (can't remember the technical name) won't click to check mark when I'm posting on a thread. I can remove my signature but can't select Quote message. I've updated my Edit Options to Full WYSIWYG. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

The way the quick reply works in vB is a little strange at first. There is an arrow pointing left at the bottom right of each post. As you are reading a thread, if you click on that arrow, it will not only scroll your browser window down to the 'quick reply' area, but also let the system know which thread you are quick reply'ing to. Only after you have clicked an left-pointing arrow on a post will the "Quote message in reply?" button be active. Enjoy...
