For over a week I have been having problems accessing the various sites on SCS. Often the "page" does not completely load, when I click on a link, forum, click to go to the next page,etc I will get an error message. On one link a poster mentioned that the problem was Internet Explorer. Why would that be a problem all of a sudden, especially since I have no problems accesing non SCS websites. Has a change been recently made to SCS? This is extremely frustrating. It took me several days to where I could actually access and post on this site.
Whenever I try to navigate from one page to another, it's like SCS goes off into never-never land. I frequently find that opening up another browser is faster!! Then I just close the one that's still trying to load.
It's VERY VERY annoying. I wish I knew what was going on.

I've been noticing the hinkiness too. scott's aware of it, but I'm not sure if he's made any progress yet. I'll talk some more with him and see what we can figure out.
I'm so glad this forum is here. I've also been having problems. My computer went wacky during the holidays and it has taken some time to get stuff running like it was, so I thought it might be me. Then I remembered this forum. Glad I checked.
I, too, have been having problems with SCS for about the last month. I ran maintenance on my PC today thinking I was the problem, but I'm still having problems. It takes forever to load the gallery pages and the forums. With high-speed iternet, I have gotten used to pages loading almost immediately. I absolutely LOVE this site and rely on it daily for inspiration and information, so it is very frustrating when it takes so long to load. Thanks to all who keep this site up and running!

I have also been having problems on SCS, when I go from page to page it takes a while. But my screen says this at the bottom "waiting for tag.contextweb.com..." What does this mean? My DH is an IT guy and he went through my computer and said it has something to do with SCS. Please Help! I love this site and this is just driving me crazy.
