Need Help! Trying to join Fan Club?

I have been trying to figure out how to join the Fan Club. I don't have a paypal account and I really dont want one. Can someone please help me figure out how to join with using my credit card. I can not get past the first page. I fill in every blank except where you put the charge card expiration.The screen will not let me. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks for any help you can give me!

You can join by visiting this page. Click on the payment button, then you'll need to fill out everything on the left side. Is that what you're doing? Let's see if we can get this fixed for you! We appreciate your support!

Thanks Jbalcer for your help. That is the page that is coming up when I try to join. All it has on it is Order using paypal! I went ahead and filled out everything on the next page that comes up, but when I get to the charge card expiration,it wont let me fill it in. It keeps coming up" Script error"... I am sorry to be a bother I am as computer dumb as anyone can be!
