Question adding to favorites album

I'm sure this is really simple, but I am getting a headache trying to figure it out. How do I add something from someone else on the site to my favorites. If I read a technique I really like, how do I add that instruction post to my favorites.
 thanks for answering such a silly question. I did look under FAQ and nothing showed up under favorites. BTW this is obviously my first visit to the site.

Welcome! The Favorites Album is a way to save cards that you like in the gallery, into a special place for you to look for them. Simply click the Add to Favorites button below the picture and it will be added to your Favorites. You can then access all of your Favorites by clicking the My Favorites button next to My Gallery and My Album at the top of the Gallery Page.
