I am also wondering how to do this.

Also, is it possible to attach "Word" files to one of your own Gallery Listings?

Thank you for any education anyone can provide!

You cannot add attachments in the gallery. If you have a template that you used on a card, the best place to put that would be in the Downloads Fourm.

Here are instructions on linking a card:

1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for a thread.
2. In a thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Sorry, but you probably didn't realize the extent of my cluelessness. (Although I have just succesfully posted a Download in the Forum based on your instructions). Thank you!

When jen70 says "open one window for your card".. meaning the window where I am posting my card? or should my card already be in my gallery? What window?

she continues "... and one for a Thread". Uh, (so sorry!) where do I open a window for a "Thread". Do you see now what you are dealing with? )

Well, if I had those anwsers maybe, just maybe, I could try to be dangerous enough to complete the task.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

I'll give you some more beginner-ish instructions

If you want to link a card to a thread, you will have to upload it to the gallery first.

After you upload your photo, right-click the card on your gallery page, and select to open it it a New Window.

Back in the gallery, click the Forum link at the top of the page. Navigate through the forum to the thread that you want to add your link to.

In that thread click the Reply button, below the bottom post.

Now, go to the window that has your card in it. In the address bar - that is where it says www . splitcoaststampers . com - copy the web address(URL) by highlighting the text with your cursor, and then, while holding down the 'ctrl' key, hit the 'c' key.

After you have copied the web address(URL), go to the thread that you are replying to. after you type your message, paste the address that you copied, by holding down the 'ctrl' key, and hitting the 'v' key.

Submit your post and your finished!

HTH!!! :^)
