I noticed that a lot of my posts have not showed up, but the threads are showing up in my list of subscribed threads. I read the disclaimer after posting about some needing to be approved, but some are in GenDiscussion from yesterday and they are not there... I looked around to see if anyone else was having this happen and didn't see anything. Hopefully this post will show up.
It is actually happening to my posts in the user groups, but I can post to the regular forum. I hope someone can figure this out, as I have typed some long posts and they have just disappeared.

Just curious if you have clicked on your user name & then clicked on "find all posts made by jm_donahoe"? If so, are they also not listed there?
I'm sorry, I really have no technical information, but that was just a quesiton that popped into my head when I read your posts. I hope someone knowledgeable about it can answer you. ;)

Glad I came here to look. It's SO frustrating to type a long post then have it go into a black hole.
I hope they fix it - right now I can post to the GD but not to the demo forum. I can READ the posts, and everyone else has been posting since I've been reading, so it's not the forum, it's ME!

I'm having the same problem! I want to talk to other Secret Sisters, and I can't post there. But is says I'm already a member! Confusing!:confused:
Even wierder, it is giving me updates on who posts - like I'm subscribed to one of the Secret Sister threads! I didn't manually subscribe, but just tried to post! This is kind of like Twilight Zone!;)
If anyone hears what's up, let us know!

I just tried to post on the demo forum and got that same message:
"Thank you for posting! You will now be taken to your post. If the administrator has selected to moderate all posts in this forum, you will be taken back to the forum and your post will be displayed presently. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so."

I posted (Make that attempted to post) several times to 3 different threads last night and while I could go through all of the steps, preview the message and then submit reply...none of them ever showed up anywhere that I could find.
I also replied to a techniques swap (with 5+1) cards and can't find it anywhere today...can you help me find out what's with the posts not showing up and where is my missing swap? I didn't write down the address for where to send the swaps.

I just tried posting again - and noticed something. (Thanks Marylouhoo for pointing it out - indirectly.)
When we make a post that doesn't go through, it still counts as a post (in our number of posts) and it subscribes us the thread. However, it doesn't show up! And if you go to all the posts made by a user, it only shows some of them - not the ones that never showed up. For example, Marylouhoo is a glitter queen with 19 posts. However, if you go to her list of posts - it only shows that she as 7 posts!
The mystery just gets wierder!

I'm working on this right now - there are a boatload of posts there awaiting moderation.. . . I'm searching permissions to find out why they are being stuck in limbo!
