I've tried to upload a card twice now. Get the first page all done, then when it is suppose to send me to the second page with all the info, I get the gallery link to the stamp set that I used, but my card is not there, is not in my gallery and I have yet to enter the recipe section!!
I will admit it has been a heck of a day and would not doubt that it could be me, but would rather confirm than try this again and get THREE duplicate posts (if they ever show up)
I posted the same issue 2 days ago on here and still no response. This is getting a bit frustrating that we can't get any help. I even went and paid the $25 donation, and nope, not any better. I have uploaded a lot, and never had issues, so I know what I am doing. Kind of regretting the $25 donation right now.
hmmm.....well, I've been a fan club member for a couple of years, and have uploaded several pages of cards too.....going to assume it is a glitch. Guess I'll try again later...don't feel like messing with it again tonight
Same thing is happening to me. It won't go past the first page and then it gives the message to contact adm. I've been e-mailing Beate all weekend, but none of the suggestions are working. Glad to know it isn't me, and others are having the same problem. Just wish they could figure out what the problem is.

SCS is usually pretty could about finding these "bugs" and fixing them ASAP, so that is why I'm surprised it isn't fixed yet.
I got my card uploaded with no glitches or hitches early this am....I do find that things seem to bog down more on the 15th when the DD gallery opens....may be that the system just can't quite pull all the extra traffic with everyone ooing and awwing over the new eye candy!
I just tried again (6:00 am CST) and it wouldn't upload. Still something going on. I really wish they would at least post something to let us know they are working on it?

Exactly. I have been a member for 5 years. It looks like it's not everyone, but a few. I will try again tonight.
Hi, I have also been waiting for a reply - for 5 days! Not about uploading but I have a username query. Does anyone know if there is a turnaround time for admin/policy-type questions? Or should I be posting it somewhere else? Otherwise this a great forum.

This is the right place to post these types of items, but I see the announcement today, SCS is under new ownership. It looks like they aren't going to be giving the exceptional customer service we are used to, now I wish I didn't renew my membership. It's one thing to pay the money to a public forum and get great customer service, it's another when you give them money, and they don't have the courtesy to answer your questions. I might as well have flushed $25 down the toilet. I will be seeking other forums.
Have you ever gotten a response from SCS about the upload problem? I still can't get anything to upload, and just wondered if you were still having the same problem.
I posted this same problem 3 weeks ago and still it has not been answered or resolved. Very frustrating! I originally posted to the main forum and they must have read it because it got moved to this forum, but no help.
I got a reply. Resizing is the key. I ended up downloading GIMPshop and you can resize. There are no instructions there that I can find, but you can click on the resize tool and then change it. Good luck!
Yeah, well, then they need to change their uploading instructions, it says it fixes the file sizes for you. I simply just e-mail them to myself in a small format to get them smaller sizes. I am not digging this new ownership thing.
