Default ICAP Error Message
I am having an ICAP error msg when trying to upload to the gallery and do not know what to do. It says to contact network administrator....I do not know who that is......can you help me.....I really want to upload tons of things I have made....I am not having this issue with anything else...

I wish I could help! I am having the same problem right now! I can't get any pictures uploaded on to SCS or my blog. I wonder what's going on!

ICAP? I'm not familiar with that. if anyone knows what ICAP is, that would certainly be welcome information :^)
