How to edit the name of your link in a thread

I know I saw the "how to" , but I can't seem to find the instructions for the following:

When I'm in a forum thread (like VSN) and I want to add a link to the card I've made for a challenge, how do you change the long gobbled-gook link into a single word?

For instance how would you change: Here is the card I made for this challenge: Circus Circus Train - MAY09VSNPRE1 by Lingaling at Splitcoaststampers to read: Here is the card I made for this challenge: word?

You have to choose advanced, then click the button that looks like two rings hooked together. Paste your link there and then you will be able to type whatever title you choose.

A moderator helped me out with this one.
