How do you change notification of subscribed threads?

I forgot that I automatically get instant updates, and although I know how to go to my subscribed threads, how do I get the instant taken off and changed to daily?

Hi, Melissa!

Do you see where it says Quick Links, just above this thread (right-hand side)? Click on that and you'll get a drop-down menu.

Click on Edit Options. (This takes you to the "Edit Options" part of your "Control Panel".)

Go to the (2nd) 'box' where it says Messaging & Notification.

Then look at the 2nd part of that 'box' - Default Thread Subscription Mode and choose the one you want in the drop-down menu (ie Daily notification).
