How do I get the copyright on my pics?

This is going to sound silly, but I have to ask. I see all the pictures that have the copyright on the picture with the artists name. How do I get this on my pictures?

If you have Photoshop Elements you can create your own Watermark for your photos. Kurtis, StampinKub, has a great tutorial that you can view online here.http://www.stampinkub.com/videotutorials/watermark.html
