how do i change my signature permissions?

Hello~
I am trying to do a couple different things to my signature line, but I see at the bottom of that page there is a signature permissions box....some of the things are set to "YES", others are set to "NO"....
does anyone know how I can access this box to change my "no's" to "yes's"?

That box can't be accessed, it's just for you to know what is and isn't allowed on the SCS site.
