My private messages thingie at the top of my screen still says I have a message in there when I don't? I go to the private messages and I read all the new ones and it still says there is one more. Where is it and why can't I make it go away???

Hi Emily,
My guess is that you have one message saved. You need to click on the small box to the right of that message and then go down to the bottom and scroll down in the choice box to "Mark as read." That should get you back to zero. HTH.

THANK YOU!!! That was driving me crazy! It worked, but I have no idea why I had one marked that way. Oh well, it's fixed now!
