Here's a weird one. . .

I was talking with my mom today regarding the gallery, and I discovered that, for some reason, she is not able to see any pics from the mini catalogs. Even when she goes to the main gallery page, there are no links for photos from any of the mini catalogs. When she goes to a particular member gallery, mine in this case, it shows 10 less photos than are actually in there, and as we went through them, I discovered that all the one's she's missing are from either the winter or holiday mini catalogs.

Any suggestions?

Does she have access to the Demo part of the site? There are certain "perks" that we get to see in the gallery because we are in the demo area. The mini's are part of that, since there are usually samples in there before customers even get their mini in the mail. That is my thought on it, anyway.

No, but the holiday mini and winter mini are already out, and she still can't see the cards in those sections (e.g., I have cards in my gallery using Cold Play, and she isn't able to see a single one of those).

Hi there - she'd need to be logged in to see images in the mini-catalog & SAB sets. I moved all the stuff from the holiday mini to the alpha gallery and haven't changed it to be all-access yet. I'll get 'round to it later! Thanks for the reminder!

Many of our galleries are set up to be viewable by our logged-in members. She can sign up for her own username. . . it's free and easy!
