Help Please!!

I have searched for over 2 hours to find a solution to the upload problems I am having. I have a MAC (maybe my problem:-/) and have tried for hours to upload images to the site. I have followed every direction I can find and still am getting error messages or format not recognized. Can someone PLEASE help me before I put a foot to this new computer?

I saw your post just before I put one up! I'm really not computer literate, but this just happened this morning to me. I keep my user name and password saved. Once in awhile, that gets kicked out, and I have to type it in again. This might be why you can't get on. You can manuver around SC, even look in your own gallery, but unless you are logged on your can't upload any photos. Check at the top of the screen. Does it say Welcome, and then your username in red? If not, you're not logged on!;)

I don't think it is a Mac problem as I only work on a Mac and I've never had problems uploading. Look for another problem I think.

Thanks so much, I will sign in again and see if thaat helps. Not too C-literate myself but I do have problems many times becausse of the MAC format. Love your dog!
