Help- I can't upload photo today?

It keeps telling me that it's in the wrong format but it's the same one I've done before, a JPEG...anyone? :oops:

hmm, jpeg is definitely the best format, and the one that 99% of all our uploads use. A few questions. Have you uploaded cards before (sorry, haven't checked)? Have you tried uploading other cards today? You might try re-saving the file that you're trying to upload. Also, does the file have a .jpg extension on the end? I'm not certain that this is required, but couldn't hurt. Let me know what you've tried and we can get you fixed up real quick, I'm sure.

Just got it figured out, thanks! I had a space in the name of my file and that was holding things up, thanks for the quick attention
