Gallery Upload Problems

I am getting so frustrated at trying to upload cards. I haven't submitted anything for quite a while. When I did one the other day I ended up submitting it twice by accident. The one that got a couple of comments was the one that got deleted by the system. Plus the photo came out too small. So today I was determined to do a better job. Again it was submitted twice. I swear I only hit submit once! What am I doing wrong!! That was earlier today. Now I see that the card is now missing from the Today's Submissions and my member gallery. It is still in the Sassy Susie gallery where I originally put it but the photo will not display like it did this afternoon. I am so frustrated that I wonder why bother since I get so few comments anyway. I didn't think I was that technically challenged!!! Any help would be appreciated!

I have a couple in my gallery that show up really small too. I figure that might actually be a mistake on my part.

You probably have not done anything wrong. I've seen this same question about double photos a few times over the years. A glitch in the server, I suspect.

I just looked and it still isn't there. Sometimes a missing photo will come back. But it might be faster to go to your gallery, where the photo should be, click the edit button and then use "Choose File" again.

they turn out "small" if you make the file size too small. the resolution can be slightly larger than what SCS recommends because its software will automatically resize, but it will not make it larger if your file size is small.. i usually make my files around 700 kb..

i don't know why you had two uploads. sometimes the site is slow, so yes, make sure you only press submit once.

Thanks! I didn't realize I could edit my photo. I did that and now it is fixed. Thank you both for your advice. Hopefully I will have more success in the future.
