It was only down for about 45 minutes this morning. If you're having issues, you will need to clear your cache and you should be fine.

I did all this and still nothing. I have aol I know when you transitioned before it took forever, is this the case again?

In addition to your browser cache, some ISP's cache pages. Time Warner is the one that does this for the longest and it causes all sorts of problems.
You will need to contact them directly and give them the address of the page you are unable to view and tell them to delete their cache.
