gallery notifications

here is one more odd thing ( that may be part of the same bug)

when you receive a gallery notification email sometimes it has a click-able hypertext link to the card that had received a comment and about the other half of the time, it tells you all the same information but, in the place where the link would normally be is just the non complete code.
