How do I get rid of a double upload in the gallery? (yikes) (sorry)

I had this happen this pm also but either the SCS system took care of it or I did by deleting one and adding the pic back. ?? Have also noticed double postings on cards this pm.

ya after I messaged this I tried to correct it. I might have??? Also noticed double image uploads.
