I do believe it is. This is what I am getting :

I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database. []

Yup, me too!
Mine says I'm not authorized to view My own Gallery (yes, I'm logged in correctly LOL), plus these two errors:

I was having the warning messages. Now I've been COMPLETELY locked out and it tells me I don't have permission to look up the different stamp sets.

Is it just me or whenever I get a few min. to myself and have a chance to get inspired and do some stamping something happens. Sometimes it is my kids or my husband or the computer. I am glad to know that I am not the only one with problems seeing the gallery. I hope it is up soon before my free min. is up!!

Me, too!! My only time is after everyone goes to bed at 11pm. Sometimes I'm on until the wee hours of the morning trying to catch up!!!!! I had exactly 1/2 hour until I had to take my son to football practice and do all of the other "mom taxi" runaround! Oh well, hopefully it will be back up by 11pm!

HELP HELP WE NEED THE GALLERY UP! Please fix the problem quick, I just got motived and need to see a picture to remember how to do it and guess what??? Gallery is down. :(
